1. Register as a Sponsor
To start, a business needs to register a Sponsor account. During registration, you will enter some standard personal and business contact information. Register Now.

2. Configure your settings
Once your account has been verified, and as an ongoing concern, you simply visit www.checkabizsponsors.com, log in, visit your Thresholds page, and configure the types of review alerts you want to receive when your customers rate your business.

3. Solicit Customer Feedback
The key to soliciting feedback is to convey to your customers that you care about customer satisfaction by asking them to rate their experience on Check a Biz.
You can use our custom point of purchase materials to solicit customer feedback. The goal is to collect as much of your customers' feedback as possible.
4. Monitor, Research and Respond

Read reviews - Every time a review comes in about your business, you'll be able to see the survey, the customer's answers, and any comments they made about their recent experience.
View the customer's Check a Biz rating history - You can also check to see what other businesses the customer has rated and identify what their rating trends are.
