Review Alert System

The Review Alert System (RAS) is the heart of the Interactivity Package.  Sponsors use the Review Alert System to:

  • configure alert thresholds,
  • monitor the ratings and reviews coming in about their business, and 
  • respond to certain types of customer reviews that have triggered review alerts.

 

 


Thresholds

Identify the kinds of reviews you want to know about

Sponsors can easily configure the types of review alerts they want receive when their customers rate their business. 

You simply define the types of reviews that you want to be notified of, and Check a Biz will let you know whenever a review is submitted by one of your customers that meets one of your thresholds.

There are 3 distinct types of alerts that can be configured:

  • Positive Alerts
  • Negative Alerts
  • All Reviews Alerts

Review Alerts

Monitor ratings submitted about your business

As customer reviews of your business come streaming in on the Check a Biz rating system, the Check a Biz system automatically checks them against your thresholds and will automatically notify you via email whenever you have a new review alert.

When you get a review alert, you'll be able to see:

  • the customer's username
  • their ratings for Price, Service, Quality and Overall Score
  • the review questions they were asked 
  • your customer's answers to those questions
  • any supplemental comments the customer made in the review

Respond

Communicate with your customers who have triggered review alerts

The Review Alert System enables you to not only view what your customers are saying about your business, it allows you to join the conversation.

When you have reviews that you want to respond to, all you have to do is chose the type of response you want to make, type in what you want to say to the customer about their experience and review, and send it off.  It's that simple! 

When you respond to a customer's review, Check a Biz will notify them that you have responded and direct them to your message.  After reading your response, the customer will be asked if your response has increased their opinion of your business.  When they indicate that it has, Check a Biz will:

  • increase the review score to reflect that your business worked to make sure your customers are satisfied.
  • add a small visual indicator to the review that indicates your business communicated with the reviewer after the sale.
