Methodology
Instead of collecting customer satisfaction data via traditional customer satisfaction survey and reporting norms (focus groups, mall intercepts, mail in surveys, etc.), we measure and benchmark businesses according to how they actually treat their customers, on a continuous basis. The Check a Biz rating system was built to collect rich and unbiased satisfaction data from customers every minute of every day.
Check a Biz Sponsors receive attractive Point of Purchase materials that are used by Sponsor to solicit reviews from their customers via the Check a Biz rating system. This rating data that their customers submit reveals how the business treated that customer and what that customer thought about their experience.
A Review Alert System automatically identifies any customer dissatisfaction within reviews so that Sponsors can better identify and handle potential customer satisfaction issues preemptively. The Review Alert System also enables clients to identify and reward loyal, satisfied customers. By soliciting customer feedback and handling any customer satisfaction issues quickly and proactively, businesses can cultivate a vocal and loyal customer base. This process is called the Interactivity Package.
In addition to the Interactivity Package, Check a Biz will soon provide Sponsors with a wide variety of timely and revealing customer satisfaction reports, tracking and analysis services. NOTE: These services are currently under development.
